I am simply in love with the new Maybelline The Nudes eyeshadow palette, it makes me so happy to see drugstore brands doing these large palettes, plus to top it all off, the colors are beautiful, easy to work with, and perfectly pigmented (most of them anyway).
I love this blue lipsticks so much. Of course, even when I bought it, I was like "when on earth am I going to wear this color?" but as soon as I applied it, I fell in love. I think the blue lips/ bronze eyes just pop so much. I don't have the guts to wear Blue Velvet out of the house, but I still adore the color.
I've been checking out a lot of steampunk fashion, makeup, style, etc. and have just fallen in love with bronze and gold metallic, shimmery, awesome dark shadows. I used to love my bright colors, but I have learned to appreciate a nice neutral eye or a dark intense eye using normal colors lately too.
I found Maybelline's Color Tattoo in Audacious Asphalt on clearance at Walgreens, so it's probably being discontinued, but using that as a base for this particular bronze shadow was just so gorgeous! I was in love with the look already just in the first moment. :) I hope you enjoy these pictures and you can always go check out the video too.
