Chilly Casual Spring OOTD

This day was a little chilly and just a rainy yucky day, so my outfit really resembles more of a late winter outfit than a middle of spring one, but it's all good.  Spring doesn't arrive in the same way everywhere.  Although it was a rainy day, I chose to wear white flats, maybe not the best decision because I had to walk very carefully outdoors lol, so as to not land in puddles and make the pretty white shoes all muddy. But they survived. :)
