Ipsy Bag August 2015

I just received my Ipsy bag in the mail last night and thought I would throw up some pictures for you guys in case you're interested. I haven't really tried many of the products yet, but I'll share some first impressions below. Enjoy!

Skone Cosmetics Luxe Doubler Eye/Lip Pencil - Wine

Although this is a pretty color, I already have a handful of "wine" lip liners and I don't necessarily need another one right now. It did seem creamy when swatching it, it didn't pull on the skin.

Noyah Natural Lipstick - Desert Rose

I am surprisingly enjoying this little lipstick! It has nice color payoff and is a great everyday pink shade. I'm so used to long-wearing matte lipsticks lately that it feels like it doesn't last the longest, when in fact it's about 3 hours or so, like many typical lipsticks behave on my lips. It doesn't emphasize any lines or bad things about your lips and it isn't patchy. I haven't noticed any feathering for the 4-5 hours I've been wearing it today either. It's a nice little lipstick (and I do mean little, it's teeny tiny at 1.4 grams)

Marc Anthony Nourishing Argan Oil of Morocco Oil Treatment

Receiving this product helped me remember I need to do more oil treatments on my hair! I have been henna-ing it like crazy for a couple weeks but keep forgetting to get back into my usual hair oil for nighttime routine.

Juice Beauty Cleansing Milk

I'm excited to try this little guy because it claims to remove makeup! Yay! I love cleansers that also remove makeup, it takes one less step out of my skincare lineup for the nighttime.

Aila Cosmetics Luxury Nail Lacquer - Mister Pookies

This looks like a super pretty shade for fall and I can't wait to try it out. My photo sucks at showing the true color though. It's like a brownish deep burgundy color.

Thanks for reading!
Love,
Alaina
