First of all, let's start off by saying THIS IS THE BEST SCENT IN THE WORLD. I received the roller ball perfume from this line in an Ipsy glam bag last summer I believe, and I fell in love. (click here for the favorites post where I fell in love with this scent) When my Ulta started carrying the brand Pacifica, I knew I had to get more things in this scent. Unfortunately, I don't know if they just don't make it, or if Ulta is simply not carrying it, but I want a hand creme in this scent!
So now that you know how in love I am with this scent, I'll let you know how I feel about the actual products...
Natural Soap Bar - I'll start off with the one I like the least. This bar soap is weird. It's not what I typically enjoy in a bar of soap. I like soap to be hydrating, not to leave me feeling squeaky clean and dry. It isn't as drying as some soaps (ex: many Lush ones I have tried, click here for Lush Alkmaar review), but it is surely not moisturizing like a real body wash. I should have expected this, but I couldn't pass up the scent and they were BOGO 1/2 off and these were the only two items in this scent at my Ulta. :)
Body Butter - Now for the item I enjoy. This lotion is great. It's not thick like a body butter, but it moisturizes well and the scent lingers for hours. One little blob will go a very long way to moisturize your body. I would say the scent sticks around for a good 3 hours and the moisture will last for like 6 hours. It is not greasy in the least bit, it absorbs into the skin well.
Go find an Ulta or Target or wherever else you can find Pacifica and smell this Island Vanilla, it is wonderful.
