Here is the birthday gift I got from Sephora this year! I just thought I would show you guys some swatches and a mini review/ first impressions.
Rikugien Satin Lip Pencil
This is a "my lips but shimmery-er" color for me. It feels very moisturizing at first and feels great on the lips. However, within just a couple of hours that moisture goes away and it actually feels quite drying. Very strange for a non-matte lip product, if you ask me.
Cruella Velvet Matte Lip Pencil
This pencil needs a lip liner, that's for sure. It doesn't seem to glide on as nicely as Rikugien. Around the lip line if tooks like the product was skipping as I applied it, it has almost a bumpy lip edge, so a lip liner will greatly benefit this one. I haven't worn it for long thus far, but it definitely has a matte finish and I think it will become more drying over time. (apologies for the messy application)
